Social shopping community increases conversions by 162% at Juicy Couture

Upmarket fashion brand Juicy Couture has seen substantial increases in page views, average time spent on the site and conversions since adding its Club Couture social shopping community to its site.


Fashion brand Juicy Couture has revealed significant improvements in the performance of its website since introducing Club Couture, a social shopping community built on software from Createthe Group.

The social community uses Createthe Group’s CTS/Social offering, which forms part of the company’s ecommerce platform designed specifically for luxury brands. Since implementing CTS/Social Juicy Couture has experienced significant improvements in the performance of its site, including a 162% increase in conversion rates, a 141% increase in page views per visit and a 150% increase in the average time spent on their site.

Club Couture incorporates a number of social shopping elements including:

  • Create a Look — Shoppers can mix and match outfits and accessories in a virtual dressing room and browse through ‘looks’ created by other members
  • Rate My Juicy — Shoppers are encouraged to upload photos of themselves in their favourite Juicy looks, sharing how they ‘do Juicy’ with the rest of the community
