Ecommerce and multichannel insights into the 2014 Christmas shopping season

In today’s InternetRetailing newsletter we have the latest updates from the Christmas shopping season, now that the peaks of Black Friday and Cyber Monday are behind us. John Lewis shares its experience of Black Friday, while we also continue to gather the figures on what happened on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Today we report on Bonmarché as it reports a 51% jump in online sales, Just Eat as it delivers its 100 millionth order in the UK, and on new research that suggests retailers find it difficult to keep up with fraud trends.
