Mobile retail has never been more important but simply replicating a desktop site isn’t good enough. The mobile experience must go above and beyond with the whole selling process and be designed to be as seamless and frictionless as possible from payment to ordering.

Are retailers doing enough in this space? In partnership with Ingenico, we’re looking at at what retailers are doing – whether they describe themselves as being mobile first and examine three key innovations – gamification, chat bots and a frictionless mobile experience– that are going some way at least to making the modern purchase experience more simple and effective than ever.
