In today’s InternetRetailing newsletter we’re reporting as the multichannel and ecommerce industry sees more change in the way that shoppers buy.

IMRG figures out this week suggest online gained its largest share of sales yet in November – Black Friday month – while store sales decreased. At the same time, Toys R Us explained how it planned to move away from big box stores to focus on selling via smaller, more interactive stores, and online. At the same time we’re seeing the shape of peak shopping evolve, as consumers respond to extended sale periods: we explore the data in our latest Peak 2017 story.

Today we have news of Amazon Business’ fast growth, now with more than 90,000 customers.This retailer too is evolving the way it sells in order to respond to its customers’ demands.
