UK shoppers spent an estimated £1.23bn online on Black Friday, according to figures from IMRG and SimilarWeb. Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the flurry of discount days in between have come and gone in the blink of an eye and mobile proved to be the preferred channel for purchasing goods in the UK.
With mobile doing surprisingly well across the Cyber Five-day weekend, apps appear to have been key.
