She transitioned into pure e-commerce in 2009 by joining Consortio Fashion Group. While there, her team worked on and was awarded Best Site of the Year and Best E-commerce in both 2010 and 2012 in Sweden. Noelia has been commercially and technically responsible for since 2014. Björn Borg has a strong retail and wholesale focus, and is now becoming more e-Commerce centric as a primary business area. Björn Borg is represented in around 30 markets, with fashion underwear as the core business and largest product area. Since 2015, the company has made a brand transition by moving into the sports arena and becoming a sports fashion brand.
