ketan_shahKetan Shah is a Business Analyst Manager at Lyons Consulting Group. In his role, Ketan gathers, defines, and organizes the business requirements for projects and website implementations. Ketan has over ten years of experience working with consumer facing web applications and websites in diverse industries including healthcare, banking, insurance, eCommerce, and digital marketing. His past experience allows him to quickly understand business processes, associate them with technical solutions, and assist in providing a desirable user experience. Since joining LYONSCG in March 2014, Ketan has worked on projects for Serena & Lily and Benchmade, and has created training documentation used by employees.

Ketan is a self-proclaimed “green geek.” He is always looking for ways to minimize his environmental impact and volunteers for the park district in his suburban Chicago community cleaning up waste in parks and waterways. Ketan also enjoys spending time with his son, wife, and dog. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Northern Illinois University and his MBA at Roosevelt University.
