In today’s InternetRetailing newsletter, we’re reporting on how retailers of all sizes are planning to grow their businesses. Amazon is investing in machine learning and drones as it looks to give its customers new ways of buying, while Gear4Music is looking to new markets as it plans international expansion, Zalando aims to win more customers, while Missguided is investing in a second store. Each retailer has a different strategic approach but what they have in common is that they are looking to the future with an optimism that is supported today by figures from the BRC that show a 10% boost to ecommerce sales over the Easter month of April.

It’s timely, then, that today’s guest comment comes from Geri Tuneva of Qubit, who has advice on how retail customer service can benefit from machine learning.
