Boots UK is promising customers personalised offers through its new app.
The Boots App is designed to work in conjunction with customers’ Advantage Card, providing them with the latest offers based on their individual shopping habits.
Customers can browse the offers and add them to their Boots Advantage Card for in-store redemption.
They can also use the app’s barcode scanner to get more information as well as customer ratings and reviews, and its news and events section to find out about local developments.
Ruth Spencer, director of loyalty and multichannel at Boots UK, said: “We know that our customers love to receive personalised offers on the products they use the most and 87% of our customers use the coupons they receive in their quarterly mailings.
“However a third of customers tell us they regularly forget to put paper coupons in their purse and can miss out on the best offers for them. The Boots App makes that a thing of the past, ensuring our customers always have access to the offers they want the most, when they want them – not just quarterly.”
