Chemist Direct has reported a 350% lift in the revenue it receives as a result of affiliate relationships.
The online pharmacy appointed Optimus Performance Marketing in February. Since then innovations have included a weekly newsletter sent to affiliates to highlight its best offers and voucher codes, while Optimus also spent time talking to affiliates to raise the retailer’s profile.
Now Chemist Direct has said its affiliate revenue has grown more than 350% year-on-year since Optimus took over in February.
Harvey Bahia, marketing manager at Chemist Direct, said: “The increased and regular communication with Optimus has helped our affiliates become more familiar with the Chemist Direct brand, gain us more visibility and exposure, as well as help grow revenue for the long tail affiliates.
“Not only have Optimus helped to leverage our rapid growth, but working with them has helped to significantly reduce our costs too.”
