Oasis, Warehouse and Coast are using new point of sale technology to enable store staff to better understand their customers and give them a personalised experience.
The three fashion brands, which between them have 178 stores in the UK, are using Aptos Store to underpin store experiences that connect to the customer’s online journey, whether that takes in desktop or mobile.
The new system promises to give shoppers a seamless experience across channels, while enabling store staff to better understand shoppers coming into the store who may already have browsed or bought online. Aptos says the system supports improved checkouts and returns processing as well as improving store management and operations. It also says that because Aptos Store is operated in the cloud, the brands can implement the solution faster, streamline their technology infrastructure, and more easily add and support new store locations worldwide.
