In our ongoing series of previews and interviews with speakers ahead of IRC 2019 we focus today on the customer engagement and loyalty conference.
Senior retailers from NotOnTheHighStreet.com and Pai Skincare are among the speakers in the customer engagement and loyalty conference at this year’s upcoming IRC 2019.
The afternoon conference at the leading UK multichannel conference starts at 2.10pm with a panel session, Loyalty transformation in a fast-paced disruptive market: defining, measuring and committing your customer. Speakers include Ros Lawler, senior commerce consultant at Pai Cosmetics and Emilie Mouquot, customer and growth director at NotOnTheHighStreet.com.
Veteran retailer Alexander Bartholomew, whose ecommerce experience includes The Range, Dunelm and Waitrose and is now an independent management consultant, will then take to the stage for an interactive challenge session at 3.15pm before the conference closes and moves into a networking break and the opportunity for one-to-one meetings.
The conference will be followed by the afternoon plenary session. Click here for an overview of the day’s plenary sessions. The event’s other conference streams at the event focus on customer expectations, customer experience, omnichannel, tech enablers and innovation and growth and new markets.
