Digby adds PayPal Mobile Express Checkout to platform to help retailers improve sales, reduce fraud and simplify the checkout process

E and m-commerce platform vendor Digby has integrated PayPal Mobile Express Checkout to offer retailers a new payment option that makes it easier for consumers to purchase from their smartphone with the shortest number of steps – and in the US has become launch customer.

In the past six months, 62% of smartphone owners have purchased physical goods from their mobile devices according to a 2011 Adobe survey. Digby retail partners will undoubtedly see an even higher increase in sales and conversion rates once they enable PayPal on their branded mobile website and rich apps.

Once the PayPal Mobile Express Checkout option is chosen, customers can then add their PayPal username and password once and the checkout process can be completed quickly, securely and within seconds.
