Dropit expands into London’s Covent Garden

Dropit has signed a new partnership with Covent Garden landowner Capco to increase its presence in the London capital. Retailers including Paul Smith, Tom Davies, Karen Millen and Lululemon have signed up and the scheme is already used by more than 60 retailers across London’s West End.
Kelly Scott, head of partnerships at Dropit, said: ‘”We are delighted to be in partnership with Capco to put us on the map in another prominent shopping hub in London. Working with a property owner like Capco cements our value proposition as a must-have service that’s quick and easy for retailers to implement and more importantly delivers results. Partnerships of this kind are the cornerstone of our growth strategy as we look to deliver value for all stakeholders in our industry.”

Dropit allows customers to drop multiple bags in multiple shops that are then combined into one delivery. The service was first piloted in Regent Street in 2015.
