Two very different retailers show in today's Internet Retailing
newsletter just what offering very good multichannel services can do for retailers competing for sales in a weak economy. Domino's Pizza says it's now 'truly an online retailer' as sales grow fast both in its primary sales channel, ecommerce, and in its m-commerce offerings. Meanwhile, fashion retailer Next reports on an online sales boost that's helping it to report growth across its business despite flat or falling store sales. And both are seeing this growth in a still weak economy. Find out more in the newsletter stories below.
