How multichannel shopping is changing the face of Christmas
In today's Internet Retailing newsletter we report on the launch of Morrisons' long-awaited online grocery service, on strong boosts to online spending both in November, according to ONS figures and, it seems, in early December, according to Barclaycard. But we also report on how retailers are seeing customer behaviour evolve as they use more mobile devices to browse and buy in the run up to Christmas.

We report on falling customer perceptions of how they are served, reflected in a new study from ForeSee, and in a timely guest comment, Danny Bagge of IBM, considers how the customer journey is changing, an evolution which, he says, is dramatic.
