At Debenhams, admittedly, online growth is slowing and total sales are down, but the company says its new approach to promotions means that those sales are more profitable than they have been.

Meanwhile, we also report how online sales grew by 15% in May, according to ONS figures. Today we also report on expanding store sales for the Simply Be and Jacamo shops that started out as home delivery businesses.

We're also getting excited about the Internet Retailing Awards 2014, and today shortlisted Lululemon Athletica tells us about itself, while we also contemplate that most important question: what to wear for the awards party.
