Mike Goodenough has extensive experience working in payments and has held senior management roles throughout his career; currently, for Worldline, he is the Global Head of e-Retail and Marketplaces, two of the key verticals within the organization. Most recently, as General Manager of EMEA for Ingenico, Mike led all regional commercial activities. Other roles have included managing the Global Partnerships and Alliances team responsible for optimizing global relationships such as large acquiring banks, card schemes, and global alternative payment providers, leading product teams and sales teams, and advising on M&A opportunities. He has been deeply involved in Worldline Digital Commerce’s strategic growth initiatives and has accumulated more than 20 years of knowledge working in Global e-Commerce. Mike is a charismatic leader who enjoys working on complex projects and is well-known within the industry as a payments expert.

Habib is the UK Country Head at Worldline, leading the UK team within the Merchant Services Regional Businesses unit. By focusing on reducing costs, improving customer experience and preventing fraud, Habib managed to scale-up many merchants and provide them with innovative online payment solutions. His mission is to guarantee merchants a smooth checkout process and drive commercial growth for a wide range of clients in the UK. Habib is an experienced IT professional with extensive knowledge in Card Payment Processing Solutions across various industries. Prior to joining the fintech space, Habib worked in wide range of sectors while maintaining a strong link with financial services and technology solutions sales.

Paul Skeldon is a freelance retail, telecoms and technology journalist and analyst, specialising in mobile, marketplaces, media and the metaverse.
