Back in the studio we’ll be looking at how the first post-COVID peak season is shaping up. From an ecommerce perspective we’ve already lived through months of peak-topping online activity, but for Black Fiveday, Christmas and New Year this winter we have the additional responsibility of making up for the offline sales element as well as adapting to the consumer demand. Our studio retail guests will review the situation, and we’ll also consider what steps might still be taken to improve the peak outturn. In tandem with pondering how to increase sales we’ll also have time to reflect on our new Top500 Sustainability Report and consider whether we can increase profitability while being a sustainability-minded enterprise.
