France-based vente-privee is bringing together all its European brands in order to offer a one-stop online shop.
‘Veepee’ brings together fashion brands such as France’s Vente-privee.com, Privalia in Spain and Italy and Eboutic in Switzerland. The websites of all these brands now automatically divert users to the new site.
In addition to these, the umbrella website will offer entertainment event ticketing specialists such as weezevent and panda ticket as well as le petit ballon, a wine and gastronomy company.
The coalition will also see the brands making use of adot, an IT platform specialising in the purchasing of advertising spaces, and impulse, vente-privee’s start-up accelerator.
A statement by the company said that the aim was to offer “access to high-end brands across these domains through private online sales with a welcoming and meaningful online experience.”
In total, the conglomerate turned over €3.7 billion in 2018.
