M-commerce is massive news. But what role is mobile actually playing in retail today and where will it take the industry tomorrow? Internet Retailing has teamed with sister news service M-Retailing and mobile marketing company Sponge to find out, but we need your help to do so.
By carrying out a bi-annual survey we will be able to share insights into this exciting, fast-growing channel. The results will provide useful data against which you can benchmark your progress in mobile. We already have one set of results, so this second survey is vital if we are to monitor how trends are developing over time.
