Mobile Fun upgrades websites to improve the customer experience

Mobile accessories retailer Mobile Fun has upgraded its international websites as it looks improve the customer experience and boost sales.

A new shopping basket and checkout and a model selector widget are among the improvements made to the company’s five websites in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Spain.

Other new features include navigation by attributes, a new image gallery including video, the ability to pay in different currencies, through alternative payment methods and provide reviews in different languages.

“Regular customers have reacted extremely positively to the refresh. With our continuous improvement programme in place, new website features are rolled out every two weeks, so we are constantly innovating to improve customer experience and drive conversions,” said Mark Riley, head of marketing at Mobile Fun.

Mobile Fun sells more than 8,000 mobile accessories and tens of thousands of mobile downloads through its websites. It has offices in the UK, Germany and France and delivers to more than 50 countries.
