Jack Wills has put in place a new online platform as it looks to international expansion.
The new web platform will support Jack Wills’ ongoing expansion into the US and Asia. The retailer opened its first store in Devon in 1999 and now has 61 in total, including in those overseas markets, catering to an audience that includes university students.
The retailer, which has an enthusiastic following among university students, is now operating on Demandware . Ecommerce solutions provider Tryzens advised on the change and led the implementation of the new platform.
Chris Lillies, head of project management at Tryzens, said: “We selected Demandware Commerce to deliver this enterprise wide solution for Jack Wills as it offered them the most flexible, agile and scalable solution that would meet the business’s needs now and into the future.
“The functionality it delivers ensures that Jack Wills will continue to offer its consumers a best-in-class buying experience online and upholding the values and experience in-store.”
