It’s a bumper Internet Retailing newsletter today as multichannel retailers from John Lewis, Waitrose, Argos, Next, to Laura Ashley and Dunelm this week reported on the progress of their digital strategies. Particularly interesting was the update on the thousands of shoppers who have registered to choose their own Waitrose discounts, and the decision by Morrisons to sell off many of its convenience stores, despite acknowledging the potential of the convenience channel for growth.

In today’s IRC 2015 preview we have an interview with Kate Holt of Jigsaw on customers, and meeting their expectations.

Today’s guest comment comes from Nick Pinson of iWeb Solutions, who considers whether developers considering Magento should hold out for the next release, or go ahead now.
