Red Ant is enhancing retailers abilities to create true omni-channel services following a partnership with Hybris. As part of the tie-up, Red Ant has developed new software development kits (SDKs) for native iPhone and Android apps.

Designed to reduce the costs to customers of developing native mobile apps using the hybris platform, the new SDKs will be released as part of the new hybris v5.0 Accelerator product in Q1 this year.

hybris’ Product Strategist, Paul Ramshaw says: “Working with Red Ant not only delivered a world-class product, it also proved what can be achieved when you partner with a technically talented, forward-thinking business.”

Red Ant’s Technical Director Dan Hartveld says: “hybris has a worldwide reputation for its agile B2B and B2C multichannel platforms, and we’re delighted to have collaborated with them on a project which will make it easier than ever for customers to develop a true multichannel presence.”
