Snappy Snaps the Photo & Digital Specialists has become the latest High Street retailer to hit the Digital High Street by launching one of its summer offers on the NearMe mobile app.

From today, and just in time for the Olympics in London or some treasured holiday snaps, using the digital mobile voucher that can be found on the Snappy Snaps branded pages on NearMe or in the featured Nearby Offers, customers can receive 10 free prints with every 40 purchased.

Customers can get their voucher by simply downloading the free location-based NearMe App and clicking on Snappy Snaps to find the nearest of 120 locations. Snappy Snaps are also encouraging users to share the NearMe/Snappy Snaps offer by using hashtag (#nearmesnaps) to share with friends on social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, a simple to do service built-in to the NearMe App.

Snappy Snaps’ Digital Marketing Executive, Ross Crawford explains: “With so many events taking place in Britain over the next few weeks and cherished memories being created on summer holidays, having extra copies of the moments captured to share with family and friends or framed to keep, are some of the reasons we decided to launch this offer now”.

Crawford adds: "We understand that nearly all mobile phones have cameras nowadays, which we are able to print from, but, as a family-focused business, we wanted to give away something that could be kept and shared”

Neil Marshall, Group Sales Director at NearMe commented: “The timing of this offer with Snappy Snaps is perfect as it will not only be people living in the UK that will benefit. The thousands of visitors to the Olympics and other tourist spots can also take home extra prints and extra memories”
