Moss Bros has relaunched its website, with the aim of improving site navigation and increasing checkout conversion rates.

The refreshed Moss Bros website has been developed by online conversion specialists Lost Ferret and is being hosted by DediPower Managed Hosting.

“Following a thorough analysis of user interaction with the previous site, Lost Ferret was able to create a more efficient website delivering higher basket conversion rates,” says the official announcement. “While the industry average for checkout completion rates is forty per cent, Lost Ferret’s clients experience a seventy five per cent average.”

“There are many ways to improve a site and the revenue it generates,” says Mark Bolitho, sales director at Lost Ferret. “From experience, we know that fast and reliable hosting is a vital element, which is why we selected a dedicated solution with DediPower. We needed a hosting provider that would provide a high-level of expertise and support to meet Moss Bros’ online objectives. Moss Bros is delighted, having noticed a marked improvement in performance, both front and back end since the relaunch on the new dedicated set up.”

“We are delighted to be working with Lost Ferret again to ensure that the investment Moss Bros is making in its online store is being fully supported at its foundation – in the data centre,” adds Craig Martin, CEO of DediPower. “By selecting a fully managed service, Moss Bros, Lost Ferret and DediPower are each able to focus on their own area of expertise, meaning the customer receives the impressive user experience they expect from a brand like Moss Bros.”
