National MOT and car servicing specialist Nationwide Autocentres has selected E-inbusiness to launch a new website that incorporates ecommerce, social networking and online reservations for servicing. Site features will also include a wide range of motoring hints, tips and advice.
The new site will be built on E-inbusiness’ eibCommerce platform, which combines Microsoft Commerce Server with Omniture web analytics and EPiServer content management. The new site will seek to enhance the users online experience for booking a service, MOT, or car repairs.
A key factor in the choice was the fact that E-inbusiness could deliver a proven and scalable transactional system without compromising the quality of the content management system needed to maintain the control and flexibility of the site required, says Matt Robbins, e-business manager for Nationwide Autocentres.
