Homewares company Betterware, best known for selling by catalogue, has launched a new website aimed at making it easier for its customers to shop online.

The company, which sells goods from cleaning products to mobility aids, was launched in 1928 and handles some 5m customer orders every year from its Midlands headquarters.

The developers of the site have concentrated on making it easier for customers to find the product they need, with increased website functionality and search, and more product categories.

Other features include improved product images, with a zoom feature, and descriptions, as well as the option of paying through PayPal. Product reviews sit alongside a Google +1 button and social media links. Improved order tracking is also to be added to the site.
