Ecommerce supplier Actinic, which specialises in providing ecommerce solutions to small and medium businesses, has signed a strategic partnership with customer feedback specialist Feefo.
The deal will enable Actinic store owners to add Feefo's feedback service for a flat fee that begins at only £10 for up to 350 reviews per month.
Feefo works by contacting a merchant's customers for feedback, making them aware that the results cannot be edited by the store owner. It currently receives feedback from an average of 17% of all web orders placed on its customers' websites.
Actinic has integrated Feefo into its service so that all aspects of integration and configuration are available on a point and click basis. Merchants can control the number of days' delay before requests for feedback are sent, whether service or product feedback is sought and can set limits on the number of emails sent to individuals.
"With trust issues firmly in the forefront of buyers' thinking when they are contemplating a purchase from a smaller store, we feel that independent customer feedback is imperative," says Actinic's CEO Chris Barling. "Our survey of the market identified Feefo as having the best business model at a price that is accessible to small and medium sized merchants."
