High street retailer WHSmith has extended its online payment services contract for a further three years.
Paypoint.net will continue to process payments for WHSmith’s online store, www.whsmith.co.uk
. The company was first appointed just before Christmas 2007, when WHSmith’s online store relaunched.
WHSmith operations manager Mark Stephenson said: “Brand reputation is a key factor for WHSmith, which is why we needed a reliable payment solution to help us expand our offering from an established high street business to a fully functioning ecommerce store.” He added: “It was an easy decision to extend our contract.”
