RetailX Stream

RetailX Stream is a brand new 6-part series with Oracle which closely explores the developments in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C). Through a combination of retailer interviews, research and analysis, we’ll discuss why brands are going Direct-to-Consumer, best practises for doing so and everything in between…

What is D2C?

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) is one of the most significant trends in retail and consists of brands selling directly to their end customers (rather than wholesale).

Ahead of RetailX Stream we surveyed the real stars of the show…the consumers! We polled shoppers across 19 different European countries to find out how exactly they shop online – whether that be directly with brands or via other channels.
