Shopping4fans launches, bringing official merchandise into the private members sale market

A new private sales site that claims to be the world’s first to focus on licensed merchandise has launched.

Shopping4Fans is targeting fans of sport, entertainment, children’s characters, celebrities and brands. Like other private members sites, it features a range of time-limited sales. Unlike others, it will only sell official merchandise from clubs, teams, brands as well as a range of licensed products linked to children’s characters, celebrities and others.


Patrick Ashworth, chief executive of Shopping4Fans, said: “Shopping4fans.com is an exciting new shopping club that provides high-quality, sought-after merchandise and memorabilia that consumers want at highly reduced prices.

“We’re extremely proud to launch the site with official product from one of the biggest and best global sporting events this country has ever seen. This will be the first of many exciting shopping events for our members that will deliver a unique shopping experience to fans of all types of official products and merchandise from an array of sectors.”

The site launches this week with a London 2012 sale, which is running alongside a Facebook competition.
