Amazon Spain is allowing customers to return products in their original packaging through a network of click and collect points.

Customers can drop off returns to one of 2000 Celeritas click and collect points across the country without needing to print off additional labels or supply additional packaging.

The option is available through the Return Centre on the Amazon website, where customers select the items they wish to return.

If the items are eligible for this option they receive a barcode through the Amazon.es app or via email. They display this barcode at the click and collect point and can then submit their package.
Celeritas then bundles this with other returned items and ships them to Amazon’s logistics hub.

Mariangela Marseglia, VP and general director of Amazon.es and Amazon.it, said: “We know that finding a box, sealing it and printing a label can be a nuisance to our customers.

“Our goal at Amazon is to make online purchases – and returns – as easy and efficient as possible, so we offer our customers can comfortably return millions of items. This free label and package solution is becoming very popular, very fast and arrives just in time for Black Friday and Christmas.”

Javier Valero, CEO of Celeritas, said: “In Celeritas we are very proud to work with Amazon through our network of Points of Convenience to provide such an innovative and uncomplicated service to its customers.

“This association definitely supports our commitment to technological innovation and the improvement of trade logistics electronic by providing an efficient and scalable solution for the last mile and reverse logistics.”
