Dulux launches online interior design service
Dulux has launched an interactive interior design service as it aims to innovate in the way it sells online while democratising access to professional advice.
The paint brand's Dulux Amazing Space
service enables shoppers to work with a Dulux designer, sending ideas via links and pictures as well as images of the existing space, and taking part in a 30 minute online consultation, before receiving a personalised style guide, a summary of how to do the job, a 3D floorplan and an interactive shopping list. The service costs from £75.
Dulux has worked with affiliates from John Lewis, Made.com, Dunelm and Graham and Green and says a wide range of styles and prices can be offered in that final shopping list. MRM Meteorite developed the digital concept.
