We’re running a series of previews and interviews with speakers around this year’s InternetRetailing Conference (IRC 2019) in the run-up to the event in October.  Today we focus on the omnichannel conference.

Speakers from the Cooperative Group, Pernod Ricard and Pukka Herbs are among the speakers in the omnichannel conference at this year’s InternetRetailing Conference (IRC 2019).

The conference follows on from the morning plenary session at IRC 2019, and starts at 11.30am with a panel session, Omnichannel experience: becoming customer-focused rather than channel-focused. Chris Conway, head of ecommerce at The Co-operative Group, is among the speakers in this session, looking at how to make customer-centric retailing a reality in a 40-minute session.

The power of personalised content, and how to manage it and measure it will be the subject for a 20-minute case study presentation from Joey Moore, senior director product marketing at Episerver, starting at 12.10pm.

Delegates then get the opportunity to take part in discussions around managing customer expectations in a round-table session. Speakers and round table leaders include Stuart Heffernan, head of ebusiness at Pernod Ricard, and Stephen Honight, commerce and performance marketing lead at Pukka Herbs.

The conference will then be followed by lunch, further conference streams and the afternoon plenary session. Click here for an overview of the day’s plenary sessions. We’ll be exploring the remaining conference streams, on customer expectations, customer experience, customer engagement and loyalty, tech enablers and innovation, growth and new markets in future previews.
