Tiso Group, Scotland’s leading outdoor retailer, has added Bazaarvoice‘s Ratings & Reviews and Ask & Answer services to its Tiso.com and AlpineBikes.com websites.
And, in a bid to mirror the in-store experience, Tiso is also adding reviews written by its staff.
“By adding consumer reviews online we’ll be able to leverage the knowledge of our customers for the benefit of everyone who shops with us,” says Rob McNair, online manager at Tiso.com. “Our point of difference is our knowledge — we’re known and respected for our deep understanding of products, so we’ll also be adding professional reviews written by our staff and clearly marking them as such.”
