On 26 March 2014, Day 1 of InternetRetailing Expo, we launched our Top500 programme with this report outlining the key criteria we used to measure a retailer’s ’footprint’ or industry impact and the 500 retailers who made it onto our list.
We also discussed how we would be growing these criteria in our retailer ranking in October’s Multichannel Performance Index.
