Express two man delivery firm Unit Movements opens new distribution centre in Bristol

Express two man home delivery firm Unit Movements is to open a new distribution facility in Avonmouth in Bristol. The unit will be used to sevice an IKEA home delivery contract the company has won for the south west.
The company has taken a 22,419 sq ft warehouse at Unit 8, Access 18 in Avonmouth in a deal agreed by Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of Kent Foods Limited, with Russell Property Consultants acting as joint agents.

Ben Thomas from Unit Movements said: “We are delighted with the acquisition of this facility which will enable us to effectively service our clients from smart premises. We had a very tight timescale for occupation, and both we, the landlord and their representatives had to act very swiftly in order to reach this successful conclusion on time.”
