Amazon has expanded its premium B2B delivery service, Business Prime, to Spain.
The service provides business customers with free and unlimited next-day shipments on and free same-day deliveries for orders worth more than €29. It is available for over one million products in Madrid and Barcelona.
Business Prime also allows customers to set up purchasing policies to comply with regulation.
The service is available in basic, small, medium and unlimited packages for different sized companies, priced between €36 and €2000 per year.
Christopher Kallscheid, head of Amazon Business in Spain, said: “Business Prime allows customers to take full advantage of the great selection, pricing and purchasing experience of Amazon Business.
“We continue to listen to the comments of our business customers, excited about the introduction of these new benefits. Our goal is to help companies further boost transparency in their purchasing process and ultimately reduce their total purchase cost.”
Amazon Business is the firm’s dedicated eCommerce website for business products. Alongside the US and UK, where it launched in 2015 and 2017 respectively, it also operates in Germany, France, Japan and India. It opened in Italy and Spain in the second quarter of 2018.
