Primark’s click and collect service is now available in all 187 of its UK stores, following a year-long expansion of the service.
On 21 May 2025, Primark added Click & Collect to an additional 29 locations, including its 21 stores in Scotland.
This expansion means that even customers at Primark’s smallest store in Hamilton will have access to over 5,000 products through click and collect, more than triple the instore range.
“Now, wherever you live in Great Britain you can browse and shop the best of Primark online, before collecting in the store that suits you,” said Kari Rodgers, Primark UK retail director.
“We’re thrilled to have now completed this roll out ahead of the summer. Whether you’re after a suitcase, a swimsuit or matching holiday outfits for the whole family, click & collect makes your summer holiday shopping even easier.”
The retailer first introduced a collection service in 2022, it has since not only expanded the stores offering click and collect but the products available. In September 2024, the range available on the collection service increased to include menswear and homeware alongside women’s and kidswear.
The full rollout also gives customers access to new and expanded ranges they might not otherwise be able to get in their local store. This includes Primark’s new affordable adaptive clothing range, which offers more than 40 wardrobe staples for men and women. The range, which launched at the start of the year, has been specially designed around the needs of those living with a disability in partnership with adaptive designer and disability campaigner, Victoria Jenkins.
