Electrical and appliances retailer AO is consolidating its various IT tools in Microsoft’s business cloud, allowing it to seamlessly manage the entire customer journey.
The company will now use Dynamics 365 to consolidate its supply chain, finance and commerce systems, providing a single view of customers, vendors and products.
AO will also use the technology to manage its burgeoning presence in physical retail, including its retail areas in five Tesco supermarkets.

Microsoft’s cloud solutions are also used by jewellery retailer Pandora.
