Aurora Fashions has strengthened the management team of its Warehouse, Coast and Oasis brands ahead of the planned international and domestic expansion of its multichannel business in 2012.

The company today announced that Hash Ladha, Aurora Fashions’ group multichannel director, who joined from Asos.com in 2010, will become Oasis’ deputy managing director in the New Year. In the last year Ladha has been behind group innovations including 90-minute delivery, local language international websites and its omnichannel initiative Anywhere Everywhere. In the new role Ladha will be responsible for developing Oasis’ multichannel services and boosting its market share.

Ish Patel, currently group strategic development director at Aurora, is promoted to group omnichannel director and takes on responsibility for its IT, distribution, business development and multichannel teams.

Jennifer Roebuck, previous head of French Connection’s digital and ecommerce business, joins Warehouse as marketing director in February, while Kim Elliott, head of design at Monsoon Accessorize, will join Coast as design director in March.

Mike Shearwood, chief executive of Aurora Fashions, said: “The fact that we’re able to attract and retain the best talent in the industry is testament to the scale and breadth of the Aurora Group. We’re committed to investing in the right people, for the right senior management roles to ensure each brand is led by a strong, autonomous team that is as passionate about delivering a unique experience for customers as they are about driving growth.”
