Boots UK chief information officer Rich Corbridge has stepped down from his role at the health and beauty retailer.
Corbridge joined the omnichannel retailer in 2019 as director of innovation before being promoted to CIO in August 2020.
In his position as CIO, Corbridge supported technology for over 60,000 employees across the organisation in-store and online.
Before joining the health and beauty retailer, he held the position of chief digital and information officer at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, a position he held for over a year.

He also held a raft of senior information and digital technology roles, at companies including Leeds NHS Trust, eHealth Ireland, and the NHS Information Centre.
In a LinkedIn statement posted yesterday, Corbridge said: “Well the day has come and I need to say goodbye to this wonderful place and this brilliant team.
“I have had the most amazing four years getting to know how this thing we call IT at Boots works and then trying to make a difference to how we all work together to deliver for this lovely business.”
He went on to include some of his standout moments, which included his first all staff conference in Coventry, as well as “achieving the unachievable and being able to announce the movement of the data office into Boots.”
He concluded: “Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way, it has been a brilliant ride! #TechAtBoots will go on and on being successful because the team here is brilliant.”
