Furthermore, Albert Ko, CEO of Auctane, the company behind TDC, will be co-presenting the key findings from the company’s annual Ecommerce Delivery Benchmark Report conducted with Retail Economics.

After lunch, two streams will allow delegates to select from a keynote presentation on the rapid evolution of AI and its impact on ecommerce, followed by a panel discussing the risks that AI poses and the opportunities it offers; or a session hosted by InPost, followed by a presentation on the demands of online shoppers, culminating with the use of conversational AI through WhatsApp. The afternoon plenary at 4pm will focus on how to futureproof operations to meet changes in consumer demands.
Each year, TDC is attended by leading retailers, carriers and technology companies as they gather to discuss the ecommerce challenges in the year ahead and share strategies for success.
