Clarks managing director of the UK, Ireland and the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Joe Ulloa has stepped down from his position.
Ulloa joined the footwear brand in 2017 as retail and franchise director of the UK and Europe before being promoted to managing director of the UK & ROI in 2019.

CEO Jon Ram is leading the UK&ROI team in the interim period as Clarks recruits Ulloa’s replacement.
A spokesperson for the retailer told InternetRetailing: “Clarks can confirm that after a successful period with the business, Joe Ulloa has stepped down from his role as managing director for the UK, ROI & MEA and has left Clarks.”
Prior to Clarks, he held senior positions at Halfords, Snow and Rock Group and L’Occitane Group.
He also held the position of regional director of GAP in 1999.
