In March, the German E-Commerce Conference will start touring in its seventh year, with stops in Hamburg (4.3.), Frankfurt/M. (9.3.), Düsseldorf (10.3.) and Munich (17.3.). Visitors from the ec-commerce industry will find customer-oriented solutions for successful sales- and service-processes. Presentations of 30 minutes each will show the latest trends in their practical application. Useful hints and tips concerning shop software, social media strategies, usability, web controlling and e-payment systems can be found at the conference, giving the visitor a comprehensive overview.

An interesting case study of Neckermann.de shows how more customers can be generated cia dynamic Landing Pages, and Theodor Niehues, CEO of net mobile AG, will report on Mobile Payments. The innovation workshop in the presentation “Querdenken – Ideen mit System” (ideas with a system) represent a special highlight, proving that the success of new products, services and strategies is not a matter of good luck or chance, but of having a good system behind it.

In all four cities, Franz Puscher, a close and knowledgable observer of the e-commerce industry, will be the MC. The admittance fee starts at 159 euros, covering the conference programme, food & beverages, as well as the download of the presentations after the conference. All relevant information can be found at the website www.ecommerce-conference.de.
