Top500 retailers John Lewis, Holland & Barrett and AO lead agenda at The Delivery Conference 2020

John Lewis, Holland & Barrett and AO are among the InternetRetailing Top500 retailers speaking at The Delivery Conference 2020 next month.

The event will place at the Royal Lancaster London on 4 February, focusing on how the ecommerce industry can meet changing customer expectations across all channels. Key topics will include sustainability and global consumer trends.

TDC Global is the post-peak gathering of the eCommerce community, bringing together 1300+ attendees – 70% of which are from the leading retailers and brands.

The event will open with an address from Metapack’s chief revenue officer, who will introduce the keynote speakers including Martin Newman, founder of The Customer First Group and Brody Buhler, global managing director for post and parcel at Accenture.

InternetRetailing editor-in-chief Ian Jindal will moderate a sustainability panel featuring Dr. Clemens Beckmann, head of smart cities and last mile solutions at Deutsche Post AG, Santiago Navarro, CEO at Garçon Wines, Mike Peirce, corporate partnerships director at The Climate Group and Richard McGreevy, strategy and planning manager, Transport for London.

This will be followed by speakers including John Roberts, CEO of AO, Ben Farrell, head of operational support at Waitrose and John Lewis, Paz Khorana, head of ecommerce operations at Holland & Barrett.
