Enterprise Carrier Management (ECM) company, GFS, has announced the addition of global delivery service provider UPS to their portfolio of managed parcel delivery services.
This follows on from the recent addition of parcel delivery solutions from Amazon Shipping, RPX, APG, SkyNet and Exelot; along with sustainable and parcel shop/locker services from existing partners DHL, DPD and Evri.
GFS has also introduced WMS provider Canary7 to their already extensive range of ecommerce tech integrations.
UPS services are now amongst the 1,000+ delivery services already available on GFS Checkout for online retailers to both select from, and source through GFS with just a single, one-off Integration.
Neil Cotty, CEO, GFS, said: “The addition of our new carrier and technology partners makes GFS’ position even stronger with a managed multi-carrier proposition second to none in the ecommerce & B2B market.
“Our mission is to simplify multi-carrier, multi-channel fulfilment for retailers, so their customers are powered with the convenience and choice for a personalised delivery experience. And what makes this possible is our unique, proprietary Enterprise Carrier Management technology that brings together the widest choice of carrier, marketplace and eCommerce integrations.”
The first set of new integrations has already gone live with multiple customers, including British luxury fashion brand LK Bennett.
“GFS helps us keep pace with the ever-rising delivery expectations from consumers and manage this in line with the operational complexities of multi-channel, multi-carrier, multi-country fulfilment,” said Zoe Donovan, digital & marketing director, LK Bennett.
“The combination of GFS Checkout and GFS managed multi-carrier gives our customers greater delivery choice and gives us greater control and flexibility of delivery at the checkout.”
