House of Fraser opts for product information solution

House of Fraser has opted for new technology to manage its product information.

The department store is using Stibo Systems’ STEP data management software to manage the details of the more than one million products it stocks in its 60 stores and online.

Andy Harding, House of Fraser’s director of ecommerce, says the move will save staff time while giving customers a better experience. “Stibo Systems’ solution will give our customers a better all-round experience both online and in-store, with easy access to rich product information, helping the consumer to make more informed purchasing decisions. In addition, it will serve to streamline our operations and cut down the time previously required to manage our wide range of products.”
